Positve Thoughts!
According to one property website, 73% of Estate Agents have positive thoughts about the property market. So maybe the other 27% are spreading doom and gloom along with the media…….

Why anyone would be negative is beyond me, the market is the market, you just have to adapt to it when it changes……!!!

The market 6 weeks on from my previous comment……….
We are now seeing a definate up turn in peoples thinking. Make an offer, however if it is a good property, be careful, as they will always sell and they are.
Positive signs are developing within the branches and sales are being made, property chains are linking up and viewing levels are on the increase.
