We are now seeing a definate up turn in peoples thinking. Make an offer, however if it is a good property, be careful, as they will always sell and they are. Positive signs are developing within the branches and sales are being made, property chains are linking up and viewing levels are on the increase. The market 6 weeks on from my previous comment……….
