There has been a programme on bbc2 the last two nights called ‘the truth about property’. If you see it repeated, try to watch it, it gives some good advice on the current property market…..not just doom and gloom (though of course being a tv programme it does like to make out things are alot worse than they really are), but realistic expectations about the current climate.
